It's a rare day when you get stopped in the street by parents wishing to say "thank you" for the portrait you have just taken of their child..... Well, this has happend on so many occasions since we first took this style of photography usually reserved for our nurseries and tried it within primary schools.
Usually a massive 75 - 85% of all photographs taken sell to parents, which proves how remarkable this type of photography actually is.
The great thing about this style of photography is it is completely non disruptive to the children's working day. All we need is access to the class room from the teacher and within 5 minutes children forget the photographer is there. It also takes half the usual time of the traditional photography, with pupils just getting on with their work - just think, no having to get up and queue in the hall!
Parents love this photography as for the first time they are gaining an insight to their childrens day in the class - plus the photographs are simply stunning, being presented in fabulous Black and White
Lastly, we usually provide documentary photography in spring as an additional shoot to your usual Christmas session - which of course means extra welcome revenue for your school!
